Privacy policy
(Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 27 April 2016, n. 679 regarding the protection of personal data "GDPR")
In compliance with the requirements established by the General Regulations on the protection of personal data, the Data Controller, CÃ Gennara Bed and Breakfast, provides the interested party with the following information in relation to the data processing carried out.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data provided through the contact form will be used by CÃ Gennara Bed and Breakfast to respond to your requests for information.
The processing of such data does not require your consent, since it represents a legitimate interest of the Data Controller to be able to follow up on your request (Article 6, letter b) of the GDPR).
The processing of the requested data is therefore optional but necessary for the purpose of formalizing your request: if you refuse to provide such data, CÃ Gennara Bed and Breakfast will not be able to take your request into consideration.
STORAGE
The personal data in question will be kept until the purposes described in the paragraph preceding this information are achieved.
At the end of these treatments, the data will be canceled or anonymized within the IT systems and any paper archives of the Data Controller.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party has the right, according to the provisions of the articles from 15 to 21 and by art. 13 of the GDPR of:
– request the Data Controller to access, rectify and cancel personal data;
– updating or when interested, integration of data;
– transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
– request the limitation of the processing of data concerning him or to oppose their treatment;
– exercise your right to data portability.
The interested party may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example the Guarantor for the protection of personal data).
